科技成果转化是科技经济结合的核心内容,是国家经济发展的重要环节。本文分析了目前我国科技成果转化工作的整体情况及在制度、评价、激励等方面存在的问题,探索了下一步重点方向及工作建议,按照“统筹布局、稳步推进”的原则,通过定标准、扩渠道、育人才、搭平台、促应用等多种手段,为科技成果转化工作提供新思路、新办法,促进科技成果评转化健康发展。
The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is the core content of the integration of science, technology and economy, and is an important link in the development of the national economy. This article analyzes the overall situation of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China and the existing problems in terms of systems, evaluations, incentives, and other aspects. It explores the next key directions and work suggestions, and follows the principle of “overall layout and steady progress” to provide new ideas and methods for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements through various means such as setting standards, expanding channels, cultivating talents, building platforms, and promoting applications, promote the healthy development of the evaluation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
