Accurate and rapid diagnosis of COVID-19 (COrona VIrus Disease 2019) patients and analysis of key factors affecting the diagnosis of COVID-19 are of great significance for improving the treatment of severe COVID-19 patients. At present
there is a lack of model interpretability research in machine learning algorithms for predicting COVID-19. For this reason
this paper studies 13 machine learning algorithm models
uses hyperparameter optimization algorithm to optimize the model
combines SHAP method to enhance the interpretability of the model from the global and local levels
interpretively analyzes the influencing factors of COVID-19 disease diagnosis
and provides auxiliary decision-making basis for clinical diagnosis.
