摘要

随着信息技术的不断发展和深入应用，各企业信息系统规模也在逐步扩大，这为传统运维方式带来了更多挑战和风险。本文主要研究知识图谱技术在信息系统运维领域的应用方法。首先，阐述知识图谱的技术特点及应用优势，剖析当前运维工作的痛点问题。接下来，以问题为导向设计知识图谱在运维领域的应用方法，抽象OSI模型中的关键层级，提出多层级运维知识图谱模型及其应用方法。最后，对知识图谱在运维领域的应用方向进行总结与展望。

Abstract

With the continuous development and deepening application of information technology

the scale of information systems in various enterprises is gradually expanding

which brings more challenges and risks to traditional operation and maintenance methods. This article mainly studies the application methods of knowledge graph technology in the field of information system operation and maintenance. First

it expounds the technical characteristics and advantages of knowledge graphs

analyzes the pain points of current operation and maintenance work. Then

guided by the problem

the article designs the application methods of knowledge graphs in the field of operation and maintenance

abstracts the key hierarchical levels in the OSI model

proposes a multi-level operation and maintenance knowledge graph model and its application methods. Finally

the application direction of knowledge graphs in the field of operation and maintenance is summarized and outlooked.
